it would not by any means be worth $10000 (even in canadian.) That's 83 corvette money. I would obviously have to see the car in person to give any sort of accurate appraisal of its value, however an83 z-28 in good shape will mostly likely range from about $2000-$4000 (and that's in REALLY good shape, and american money. I mean low miles, and spotless. These cars are not that sought after)
