Answers:

Lawyer to help me sue a used car dealer?

my answer to your other question was given jokingly, now we are talking.
saab 9-3, you dont say what model so i will tell what i know. the viggen is the top of the tree for power/torque and styling, close second comes the aero followed by the sports models. all of these cars (turbo models) handle brilliantly and produce power by the lorry load.
i manage a saab specialists where we have taken these cars to 350 bhp, in my opinion they have the best engineered and best performing engines in the world today. saab do a 3 litre v6 which returns 46 mpg, now thats really something when you consider its pulling an estate shell around.
ok, back to the 9-3, make sure you buy a turbo model, they dont wear as hard as the non- turbos.extras such as alloys, sat nav, leather etc will keep your cars resale value good.
saabs hold their money very well and the good news is most extras can be added later if you buy without them.
saab main dealers can be expensive so find a specialist (there are a few around) to service and maintain your car.
email me and i will give you a few good specialists numbers.
hope this biased overview helps.

What is a good first car?

Saabs are great if you can afford one! Call a garage just for kicks and ask how much a tune up would cost? that should help you decide.

Any guide on tri-state car buying? Will dealer register the car for me in my state? What is the process?

I bought a 2002 Convertible only because the convertible tops were much improved improved. You should negotiate the 2003 down becaue they made a body change in 04 - IE last model year depreciation - the 2003 SAAB is a great car - they are economical and have great power - they also depreciate like crazy because they have a cult following - if you are the type that pays off car purchases - a SAAB is a great value. The later 9-5 can be stolen on ebay - Ebay has the lowest prices Ive seen SAABs. I havent had any problems with mine - but - there is nothing like a Toyota or Hondas for reliability - but my SAAB is very hip, and fast - just love to drive it - gets great mileasge - I figured before I would drive a civic I would get a hipper gas-mileage commuter

Which is the better deal between these two cars?

As an owner of two OG 900s (86 and 92), the cars are dependable. The only issue is maintenance costs. I am sure that parts are easy to get for a NG GM Saab. Saabnet.com is a good source. If you are handy, they are DIY-fixable outside of major components like all cars. They are very long-lived (at least the OGs IMHO). I have over 175k miles on my 1992 and it stills runs quite well. Is it an automatic or manual? Good luck!!

Buying a Nissan Altima for 14,900 How much is for interest?

Good:
-decent mpg
-nice looking
-relatively fast
-usual Saab quirkiness

Was wondering if anyone could help me make a price for my car??

Bad:
-very unreliable
-expensive to fix
-steep depreciation
-turbo 4 cylinder at V6 price
-turbo lag and torque steer could be issues
-backseat not very roomy
-rides hard for some
-Saab's not for everyone
-fairly old basic design/architecture

What Exactly Does The "As Is" Law Cover in Ohio?

Granted, you probably are not paying a lot, but you would be better served with an older Acura, Infiniti or Lexus. BMW's are maybe the best of the bunch, but are expensive to repair and maintain.
