Question:
I leased a car in 2005. 4yr 48000 mile lease. I have 40000 miles on the car already with two years still left on my lease.
Mercedes or BMW (modern) which do you think is best ?
What can I do ? Am I screwed or can I somehow get out of this early? ie: Lease another car from the same dealership or something.
If I keep the car for another two years I will be like 30,000 miles over my lease, so I dont know what the hell I should do...HELP!!

Is the price negotiable for a 2007 Certified Pre-Owned vehicle?
Call the company you leased it through (ie Honda Finance, Ford Motor Credit, etc...) Ask for your lease BUYOUT and also find out how many payments are left and their total. Then goto a dealership and tell them your situation. They can either buy your car outright or make the balance of the payments on your lease and roll the neg. equity into your NEW Lease/purchase. It is a much better option than going over your mileage as you will have to pay the penalty (prob $.20 or more per mile) plus a 9% sales tax on that overage. Good Luck.Thinking about buying a 2000 mazda 626 lx anybody have on- input-happy or not?
call the lease company tell them you need more miles. I think you can refinance a lease with more miles or you may just be able to add miles, since you buy the miles up front. If not they may have other options for you.
