i sold a a kenwood cd player to my "friend" met him about 3 months ago,not really a friend,anyway i installed the radio and all in his car and we agreed he would pay me every week or so,weeks pass and no call no payments,i call him he said he would give a pair of brand new air forces from the shop he works at retailed at 80,i told him the cd player is 120 so he gave me 20 and thats all he gave me,called him 2 days later asking when is this going to be payed,he told me tonight after work ill call you,NO CALL,this has been going on for several weeks now and im getting extremely pist off,he said he has no money right now to pay it off,i told him to just give me the headunit back and he had no answer,WTF should i do?

Well, just keep pestering him about it. He's probably hoping you'll forget about it.Only other legal option would be to file a small claims case against him, but that wouldn't really be worthwhile for $100.

May turn into a $100 lesson. Next time, make sure you get payment first (or something to hold as a security), then give them the radio and/or install it for them after it's paid for. I'm sure you figured this out by now, but just in case.
