Question:
giving me grief I found this out and they have not told me it is registered to themselves
Answers:
Would you say that cars with a higher fuel economy are a bad investment?
You ultimately remain responsible for having the finance settled off.For sell molded car still in box $100.50.?
You should tell your finance company what has happened. Yes, they will probably begin action against you but also against the dealer to whom you traded the car in to.
Your finance company will also trace whomever has the car now and let them know what has happened. In all likeliness they will also take action against the dealer, which should hopefully get them to pay off the finance.
I'm looking for a 2 seat car...?
so what is your question? Is it better to finace a vehicle using the automotive company say Ford or from a bank?
The quickest way to get back on your feet is to miss a car repayment!!(think about it!)Where is the best place to buy a 2003 cadillac?
Could we try this again? What are you asking?Quite frankly I would either go to citizens advise or get yourself a solicitor cos at the end of all this its you who is resposible for the finance repayments and you will finish up paying for a car you no longer have,,,,,get youself some legal advise is what i say.and good luck
Am I screwed if I want to trade-in/buy a new car if I owe more than the car's trade-in value?
your fundamental mistake is paying 6 months in advance as the finance company will consider this as extra payments and still want there monthly payment,if you sold the car to garage then they should have sent the balance owing of the car direct to the finance company,it seems you are saying that you got less for the car then the outstanding amount owed, you therefore are legally bound to continue payments until the balanced is payed in full or you get a settlement figure which the garage should have done, take this matter the trading standard's officer as i am sure some form of law as been broken.you say say you owe £3500 if the garage say gave under that figure then should have gone to finance company and you pay the difference this has not happened and selling a car which legally is not yours is a criminal offence,no car on h.p. is legally yours until all payments have been made,if you had a personal loan then you still pay the loan company and it is not illegal to sell.you have been told by other;s consult the cab or car breakdown organisation if you belong to one for legal advice, you need it.More Questions & Answers ...
