I have access to a mint condition black GT3 with 5,000 miles for under $90k. Alternatively, for around $60k I can acquire a Z06. In terms of performance and quality, which should I get? I am used to driving small sports cars, so certain comforts are not important to me. I'm inclined to go for the GT3, but it is not a special edition. The Z06 impresses me, and the price difference is a factor as well. Which should I get?

The Vette will cost less in the short AND long run (maint. & repairs). Plus, if you're buying a new GM, you're getting a 100K warranty! They both tear up the tarmac, but the Porsche shows how much you make and the Vette shows how much you KNOW! Chevy man because if there is a problem you don't have to get your parts from over sea's. And chevy is the best i think and knowbest bang for the buck is the Z06.
well, count how many of those damn corvettes u see in a day.. and ask yourself if u want to join that club, or if u want to be exotic and be that "woah dude a porshe" type person.. then do to it man. but either way.. make sure u got a top notch security system because im gonna jack yo ride fool

Z06 is the best value and long term maintenance is less expensive.For that much money you can get a new Z06 with a factory warranty.

Now, either way you are going to be happy with either one but personaly I would go with the porsche. this is because the top speed for the porsche is 193 mph and the corvette is 198. Almost the same, however The corvette's 0-60 is 4.1 seconds, and the porsche is 4.1. The porshce's horsepower is 415, which is stronger than the 385 horsepower corvette. These are both high preforming cars. Last thing to put into consideration is looks and comfort. reviewers say that porsches are very comfortable and not to mention they look awesome.
