Get a real job. I hear McDonald's is hiring. You'll make way more money than trying to flip cars.you buy an old car fix it up a bit and sell it but beware, the tax man will be after you, so will car dealers as you need a licence to do this also sell a lemon and it may mean some black eyes or even worse for you - BEWARE
First you'll need a lot of money then a dealer's license. Then you'll need a lot of experience in buying and selling cars or else you'll go broke fast.
This is very doable. First check with the DMV or BMV and see how many cars you can legally buy and sell in a year. Then buy some books on cars and learn every aspect of car repare/general car knowledge way down to how an engine works and what "lobe displacement angle" is. Get a good lifetime warrenty tool set and be sure to buy the proper for the job when ever it comes up so you have the specialized tool on hand for next time. i.e. rear break caliper piston retractor. One more thing: GoJo! Good luck, and be as honest as Abe. Not to honest though, you do need to make some cash for the next car!
you can buy and sell 3 cars per year without a dealers license. cars for sale are everywhere-govt auctions- police sales-newspaper. get a job as a sales person and learn the industry first-or find a mentor to help you learn.
This is a bad idea. You're better off trying to start your own lawn mowing company or house painting gig instead.
