Whats a fair price for an original 1972 model MGB GT V8 in good condition?

Absolutely worthless seeing as how the MGB GT V8 wasn't offered until 1973.
Now if it's a true 1973 model then there are a lot of things to consider such as the over-all condition of the vehicle, do serial numbers match, original paint, original interior etc. It's going to range from 1500 - 7000 pounds.
