Lemon law is only good on new cars, When you buy a used car it is "AS IS". As for signing a blank contract, you'er screwed.

Where can I get a good used Crown Victoria police vehicle from?

The dealership probably asked for the additional down payment because a bank would not finance your truck. You made the mistake of signing a blank contract. And that is your biggest problem. NEVER SIGN ANYTHING BLANK!! Unless there is a warranty on the truck, you purchased it AS IS and have no recourse to get any money back. Unfortunately you are pretty much stuck with the truck. Blank or not, you signed the finance contract and are obligated to make the payments. Not making them will cause you more problems than they are worth, or even what the truck is worth. The will repo it, it will ruin your credit rating and when/if the bank repos the truck they will sell it, and if they sell it at a loss (lower than what you owe) you will be charged the difference. Bad news all the way around.
But you are entitled to get a copy of the loan agreement. They have to give you a copy. How can you prove it is faulty...you signed a blank one!!
