I'm thinking about buying a new car and the only make I'll buy is a Saturn. I think they are safe cars, i was i a wreck in one and felt safe. What do you think about the Vue? Is it a good car?

I went to a GM test day and drove the Vue, as well as TONS of cars and SUVs.Renault Laguna or Peugot 406 Estate?
I would easily recommend the Saturn Vue, I had so much fun in that vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it handled (I was flinging it around those corners...lol) and it drives like a car, not a small truck.
It should be more than up to the tasks you want it for.

My son has a 2006 vue and he loves it, it has the V6 honda engine and all the fenders and doors are dent proof, you can take your fist and hit it and it won't dent, It gets decent gas mileage and runs real strong when you want it to go with 250 hp.Do car dealers lease used cars or only new cars?
I would look for another vehicle. The Saturn has some problems:-poor resale
-poor reliability
-underpowered, unrefined motors (except the Honda 3.5 V6)
-due to be redesigned
-crash tests actually poor - also tipped up a wheel
-fit and finish subpar, but improved
-design is now 5 yrs old
-other small SUV's have since been redesigned
Some of the above is subjective, but you cannot ignore the issues with resale and reliability. Although you felt safe, this may not necessarily be the case according to government crash tests.
I would look at a CRV, RAV4 or Forester. Reliable, and good resale. I would also get the latest Consumer Reports Buyers Guide.
