Anyone have a Chevy Silverado ext. cab V6 for sale in Illinois or Indiana?

I'm looking for a used Chevy Silverado with a v6 engine and an extended cab $12,000 or under. The problem is almost every one I find has over 100,000 miles which is something I don't want. Please let me know if have one for sale or have any info on where I can find one. I want to pay cash on the spot. illinois/Indiana area.
