Question:
and he/she dont even have insurance?
Answers:
How to sell my financed car to a private party ?
No, but if "they" didn't have full-coverage insurance they are out of luck. I have had older cars that "blew-up" when I didn't have $$$ to fix them or it costs more than they were worth and I had to wait to save enough $$$ until I could buy another. If it has any good parts (wheel, hi-performance mods, or a good engine, etc.), I would recommend parting it out as sometimes you can get more for the parts than it cost you. Good luck as I assume this has happened to you.I am looking for a used car for about 10 -11K any suggestions?
no. and I would not like to be in that situation.More Questions & Answers ...
