Question:
I bought a toyot. and when i signed the contract, they said the price is "DRIVE AWAY" price. but it turns out I have to pay everything(deler delivery, stemp duty, transfer fee...). Isn't it illegal lie to costomer? - i didn't check my signed paper.
also, I got my car today which is Commercial Vehicle. I couldn't check at that time i was there but I can't lock my canopy back door. key pad has been damaged, so I can lose my tools. What can I do? is there any law can HELP ME?

Answers:
Can you find auto auctions within 30 mile radius of Wash. DC.?
Dude,Drive away means "drive away" . The price should be inclusive. Since you were a first timer, they took a shot at you, and guess what, you bit. Chalk it up to a learning experience. Next time, do your research, and do not sign anything till you read and understand it.
How much should I estimate the value of a 60-day warranty to be on a used car?
Don't you know never to sign anything until you actually read it? I'm sorry to be so blunt, but you pretty much screwed yourself. You have to read the fine print because that's where they get you. They don't have to verball tell you, because it's right there in black and white.More Questions & Answers ...
