First of all, are you sure its a coupe and not a GT? I used to own an Opal GT and yes those are hot! They look like a miniature corvette/ slot car, they have a Weber carburetor and can go over 120 mph. I'd think twice about the mileage at 25,000, its low mileage for a 37yr old car. If the car has been garaged and kept remarkably clean and in immaculate condition then ya there may be a chance that it could be worth it. That would mean the price is extremely low. Think about it, if the car is 37yrs old, taken so well care of and hardly driven, its a great deal. On the other hand if the car looks kinda o.k., not dented up but shows signs of it being around and used, it very well may have been sitting for a long time broke down and not been able to drive it due to some problem(s) to have such low miles. Another bit of advise is if the car has been sitting for awhile, that's when thing start to go wrong, thing get brittle and crack, parts get stuck or gunked up. I do know that its hard to find parts, however if you do get this car, you can get all parts & stuff for it through C&R Small Cars. Those are cars that owners tend to have 2 or more of them, because they need a parts car. They aren't expensive, because they aren't reliable, and they're usually rustbuckets.
