I sold a paintball gun on Ebay and went to UPS and they classify paintball gun as hand guns or something, and will not let you ship directly to the person, you can only ship airmail, and then the box has to go to a certified gunholder.
Does USPS have the same rules? If so... what do i do?

I think something is misunderstood here. What you are talking about is shipping firearms, which have to be shipped to someone with a firearms permit. I doubt if a paintball gun is classified as a firearm (do you need a firearms permit to buy one?). I would try to ship it again, only instead of listing it as any sort of 'gun', just say "paintball items", or "merchandise". I suspect the minute anyone sees the word "gun" the alarm bells go off. So, do not use the word "gun".
