You would pay the same negotiating anytime. if your trying to dump a junker out of the yard then that is one thing...but if you think you are getting a "better deal" by giving them a worthless vehicle and getting a $4000 discount for it...well.they would give ya the discount with out the barely running 100.00 car thrown in the deal..lol
