Selling car to flaky nephew>what paperwork would I need to make sure he doesn't screw me over?

ther is no proof to find out the exact odometer reading,we have seen people disconnect the speed sensor so the odometer does not move, have tech roll back the number,or replace the odometer unit.

how long do you have to return a new car in Utah?

There is not way of tell the exact milage, if it is an analog odometer, it can be wound back, on some modles. If it is digital, then the only way to change the odometer it to change the instrument cluster, but since the car is only 8 months old, i think that 1700 miles isn't bad, it could have been a secondary car, or they just didn't drive much. and how did they rip you off?

how to take over auto payments on used vehicle?

Seventeen thousand miles in 8 months seems reasonable to me. It suggests that the first owner was driving about 25,000 miles annually. What difference does it make whether it is 20K, 25K, or 30K miles? It should still be under warranty if it is a U.S. version Mitsibishi. Dealers don't have time or the $$ to change odometer mileage readings. You could check to see if there were any maintenance services or periodic scheduled inspections performed, and at what mileage. A diagnostics evaluation will not confirm or verify any dated mileage records.

Am I getting a good deal for a Nissan sentra GXE 4 door sedan with mileage 35,000 for $10,100?

Why do you think you were ripped off? There are many reasons why they car could only have 1700 miles on it after 8 months of ownership. Perhaps the original owner had a bad driving record and lost their license. Maybe the original owner could not make their payments, and had the car hidden from the repo man for several months. It could be that the car was purchased by a member of the military, who was then sent overseas.

Bought me a Motorhome..........Now what?

Are you having problems with the car? If there are mechanical issues, you should still be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Otherwise you got a good deal by buying a car with almost no miles on it.

Where can i get a suped up street car? Or if anyone has one for sale please answer?

A mitsu evo is often a second or third car, like a bmw m3. It is not unusual for a performance car like that to be driven very little. I have a 2004 M3 on my lot right now that only has 3500 miles. As long as the carfax looks clean, i really don't think you have anything to worry about. Damn, you should be happy.
