Does it make sense to sell my car?

I own a Lexus IS250. Its a great car, but its more expensive then my curent needs. It has damage on the front fender and some paint chipepd off on the bumper. Does it make sense to try to trade it in as is, or should I get the damaged fixed then trade it in.

Which one is the best?? choose one for me?

I owe 24K on it and the KBB for a fair vehicle was the same.
