Factory warranty is voidable for salvaged vehicles. Also most banks and insurance companies will not finance or insure salvaged.

Most salvaged cars worth buying won't be new enough to have a warranty. To total a new car, you need to ******* destroy it. To total an older car that isn't worth as much, you only need to do a couple thousand in damage to it...it won't neccesarily even affect how the car drives once it's fixed. A new car, it's going to be frame damage, and it will NEVER be right after that.

The vehicle has been totalled, no warrenty ever! Some states will not accept salvage titles, Oregon is one. You can have all sorts of mechanical problems with a salvage vehicle, if you are mechanically inclined,no problem, if not, you will likely have many problems with the vehicle. Good luck.
