I have a S Class S430 with a Complete S55 AMG Body and every available option. Need to sell it however delear is giving me a price that leaves me with 48 K. I owe 64 K on it. What is my best bet?

Try and sell it privately. Dealers only show the wholesale cost to you. ry selling it for 70k. You can always lower and negotiate wit a potential buyer.
