I would only consider doing it if I were able to part it out on Ebay, and that may be more of pain than it is worth if you have some returns and angry buyers. The parts alone are worth a good deal more than $2000.These cars had problems blowing head gaskets unmodified. You are pumping a lot of boost (you sure it is "twin charged", that is pretty rare) in there, and asking for problems. Chrysler transmissions were also not known for being all that reliable either.

If it somehow manages not to explode or leave the tranny on the pavement, the temptation is too great to not drive it hard. And that means goodbye to your license and astromical insurance rates. If you are not mechanically inclined, I would also stay away. It is a part time job keeping these things running well.
