Best "fast" car 20k?

I have $20,000 and am going to get a new car pretty soon. I want a sports type that is a newer model such as year 2001++.

Need help getting a first car??

What would be the best car that can haul butt and win a race (just an example) without going down to the '90s porches and nissan skylines etc. I want a newer car such as a mustang (i prefer not to get one of those) or an eclipse that looks pretty "sleek" and has alot of nice options such as a sun roof, etc. but can still pump out lots of power when needed.

one of the best values out there is the dodge srt-4... my best friend had one and i spent a lot of time riding shotgun in it... those cars will beat mostly every other stock car out there for the price... 240 horse for 20k brand new... you can get a used one for pretty cheap and theyre pretty cheap to upgrade... only down sides are that youll top out the car at about 140 (that happened while racing an STI which absolutely left us in the dust... the kid with the srt4 eventually traded it in for an STI of his own) and the fact that its front wheel drive so you can upgrade it all you want but eventually you're gonna look a little funny with drag slicks on your front wheels

I just bought a used car two weeks ago but the dealer have not given me the car what can i do?

something with a v6, you wont win a race with a 4 cylinder eclipse. I have a 2007 Mustang v6 5speed that was 23k and it hits 100 QUICK!
