What should I do about my car? Details below.?

Question:
My car has been sitting in my driveway with an engine that is no good. I am still paying loan on it - someone is interested in taking over the loan by signing over. I will probably have hard time getting another loan for a new 'used' car....should I go ahead get rid of the car that is sitting in my driveway, or keep it and buy an engine?
Any advice how I could get rid of car plus be able to get a loan!

If you're unknowingly sold a salvaged vehicle are you entitled to a full refund?

i own a repair shop, and the only two choices you have is sell it,and let someone finish paying for it,,or put a good engine in it,,either way you might come out on this deal,,other than that like you said its just siting there being useless right now,,id do something soon though ,because i know you don't like paying for something that you cant drive,,neither would i,,good luck,i hope this help,s.

Can i trade my car in for another if i still owe on it?

Get rid of it while you can and let the other person take over the payments. If you need another car then find someone to co-sign but you better be able to make the payments.

What kind of car is it?
PS -- never do the kind of deal you are thinking of. Sell it for cash only and pay off the loan.
