currently looking at the 2003 G35 sedan, 2002 A4 and 2000 323i please give me some good suggestions thanks !

Of the bunch, the G35 is the one that is least likely to give you problems. If the BMW was taken care of, it would be a decent car, but it is now 7yrs old. I would avoid the Audi as they have a lot of reliability issues and are real expensive to fix. I would look for an Acura TL (all the above are RWD and the Acura is FWD, so you would give up a little in the handling department) as a alternative as well.

Is it better to buy a 03 camry has 39,000 miles with no warranty or a new 4 door toyota yaris.?

If looking at new cars I would say Scion XA or XB, both in your range. I have the XA and I love it, and they are Toyota's so you know it's a good car. My car is an Auto and they come with CD and stuff standard, after taxes and everything I think it was like 16,500 and I got several options so for a base model I think you could afford it. I know the XB is even cheaper, but that's the weird box looking one.
