im also tired of paying to get a car fixed CONSTANTLY (not just little things big problems.......WHICH IS EVERY OTHER MONTH!) when im still paying a note payment.and of course my warranty has expired! i was offered a chance to take a rollover and im not sure if it is a good idea. although i could sell my car to my bofriend and take on a lease instead which im thinking about. but not quite sure i want to. Someone help me out, what should i do?

You need to tell him to step up and take his fair share of the burden - he pays half or he doesn't get to use it half the time!
You should get out of that situation - you can decide to sell it to him but don't give him a bargain and ultimately hurt yourself financially. I think you should try to get a car of your own and stay away from this kind of situation!
Try to buy a used car with the money you make off selling your old one - don't get stuck in a lease, it will just be another bad commitment. Hondas and Toyotas make very reliable used cars with relatively few repairs needed. Search on www.autotrader.com
If he is in fact helping to make the payments but the car is in your name, you need to get some legal documentation that he promises to pay, signed and dated by him, because if he leaves you will be stuck with all the burden by yourself.

If this guy is freeloading off of you, you really need to think about the relationship and what it may hold in the future - this could just be the beginning and you could end up losing a lot of money that I'm sure you work very hard to earn.

I don't suggest a lease because in the long run it's cheaper to buy an older car. probably the cheapest think to do is have your bf buy another older car and give each other rides when either car is broken down. that's the cheapest way.
I don't know your financial situation but, if you are really rich, pay cash for a two year old car you love. If you aren't rich, see if you can come up with a thousand bucks and look for a private seller with a dependable toyota or nissan that is about 8-10 years old.
