One way that I prospect is, I have a list of companies and once a month I do a "biscut run" where I take a bunch of chick fil-a biscuts to the compnay and on the outside of the wrapper I place one of my business cards. Great responses from this. Another way is by finding out who gets discount pricing and doing the same thing with them and letting the employees know they get discount pricing.
If you have family and friends near you give them business cards to hand out for you. That is the best and cheapest way to prospect. You can even, like I do, take an ad out in your church bulletin. I pay about 500 a year, but well worth it.
More than anything just get your name and face out there for people to see.
