In Arizona Does Your Car Have to Be Registered In Order to Sell It?

Question:
Because the reason why I am selling it is because I can't afford to register it (it is originally registered in Colorado but the tags are expired but it runs great) so does it have to be registered in the state of which i am trying to sell it in or can it just go as is

Answers:

How can I find the value of a used 95 accura?

Registered, no; titled, yes! As long as the title is free and clear and the title is in your name, you can transfer the vehicle without having it registered. There are literally hundreds of desert cars that are not registered with current tags that are sold all the time; as long as you can prove that you are the owner and can legally enter into a contract, you can sell any vehicle at any time.
