Question:
My vehicle is an 1974 F100 Ranger truck in which I am thinking about trading in towards a newer vehicle. This truck is in excellent running condition, cosmetically in good condition.
Almost everytime I drive it somewhere, someone leaves a note on my windshield wanting to purchase this truck. Quotes have been between $2500 to $4500. This tells you that it is wanted by many.

Why do you want to trade it in and give the car dealer your vehicle? You sell a vehicle like that and then go buy another one if that is what you want. You can be assured if you trade it may sound good on paper but the dealer will not give you anything for it.Is a used 2000-2001 LandRover Discovery a good car?
Kelly Blue Book. kbb.comHow much does a ford ikon cost?
As a trade-in your truck is worth next to nothing is what you'll be told by the dealer. As an item for private resell however, your truck is probably worth in the area of $4500 - $6,000. The best place to check is on-line ads, local ads and car/truck magazines which are available at the local convenience store for a dollar or so.Do your own research and place an ad along with a sign in the back window. You'll sell it quickly and have more money for the down payment on the new vehicle. Good luck and happy negotiating.
I wanna buy a electric scooter in india. Please suggest me a scooter from yash or yo bykes?
Its too old to use kbb.com. The best thing to do is to use a classic car appraiser and sell it private party. The dealer will wholesale it if you trade it in. He will probably tell you its worth $1000. When you tell him hes crazy, he will tell you he will call around and get bids on it. When really he is sitting in his office telling the salesman to "toughen up and close your deal". I have been in this situation FAR TOO many times... on the salesman side. Before buying new palio stile?
definately sell it yourself.
I am looking for a cheap Peugeot 205, preferably under £400(or is this a bit hopefull?) and manual.?
You would be far better off, if you sold the truck privately, if you trade it in, you're gonna get ripped off. It's age will be an issue for new car dealers, they will wholesale it. Try some of the notes, maybe some are still interested. Good luck.More Questions & Answers ...
