Probably not- it hasn't been quite a month, but dealers do not like to take a car back one it has been driven off the lot because the car loses tons of value.some dealerships near here have the return it within 5 days or 150 miles but thats it...you're talking 3 weeks ago so i doubt it

You can't return the car even a millisecond after you sign the contract. It's legally yours and you can't force the dealer to take it back.There are signs all over dealers that states that there's no "cooling off" period but I guess no one here ever reads it.

There are some dealers that will give you several days to try it out but it has to be in writing. And most don't give refunds, just allow you to exchange it for another car.
