If you bought it in "as is" condition, I don't think the dealer is responsible for anything. That's why they sell them as is, if anything goes wrong with it as soon as it's off the lot, they owe you nothing. Of course, a reputable dealer would try to resolve your problem.can u return a car to a dealership?
I agree with girliegirl. It wouldn't hurt to contact the dealer and see if they're willing to help. I doubt it, but it's worth a try.If you ask the dealer to help you out they might just for the goodwill. They have no obligation to fix anything.

If you bought it "as is" then the dealer is not liable for anything unless you can prove outright fraud such as odometer rollback, washed title, etc. Even so, those types of things would likely have been revealed with a CarFax report.Need wheels to get to work!! Help please kc area.?
If it's just mechanical faults, the dealer is not liable for anything at all. You should have had the vehicle inspected prior to purchasing it.
