What is the car law in the state of Connecticut regarding returns? Is it 3 or 7 days?

Question:

Answers:

Anyone know cars that get good gas mileage?

The max amount of time to return a new car is 3 days from purchase, but they don't even have to allow you that. If they do allow you to return the car, it is subject to resale value (the value of the car goes down when you drive it off the lot), meaning you could still owe them money. If you believe the car is a "lemon" (meaning it isn't what you paid for and/or is in breech of the warranty) then you do have the right to return the car for either a refund of the full amount or a new car.
