Does anyone know where I can purcahse salvage titled cars?

I have an 2004 .It is awesome .The only other ones I have ever seen are driven by my doctors. They are not advertized very much .I have'nt had any trouble with mine .But I will advise you to always check to see if the sunroof is closed when done driving at the end of each day.Need I say more. The best solution to needing a 4WD or in this case a AWD,and you don't have to know when or how it works it just kicks in when it senses you need it.

Why are dealerships in the city always selling out of Escalades, yet in the country theres an abundant supply?

Both are pretty decsent go for the one with less miles

We want to buy a Jetta for our daughter about to go off to college. NEW vs. USED?

I would stick with the Ford Explorer (badged as a Mercury Mountaineer) because of the reliability of the engines used. They can last well over 300 000km if maintained with little problems occuring. I have quite a few cliants with them that I do regular maintance (regular maintance does not mean they are bad quality, it means that they are taken care of) and they are all happy with them. I drive a Ranger, a sister to the Explorer, basically the same vehicle, and have never had any major problems, and the problems I've had have been caused by me screwing around doing stuff I should not do in it.

What cars are most secure against criminals? not top of the range.?

Ford has been known to have a few electrical problems in recent years on their SUV's and Trucks. However over all reliabilty of their drivetraines and preformance, is top notch.

Any Brits bought a car in France?

GM has always had electrical problems, and the 4.3L in the Blazer/Jimmy is known for leaking internally quite badly. Internally leaking engines die quite fast. I ususally see these things kick it at about 240 000km. They are more expencive on maintance and repairs from what I have seen as well. But they are a (little) nicer ride quality. I get more Jimmy/Blazers into the shop then I do Explorer/Mountanieer.

Before buying new palio stile?

Its a triad off, spend more but have more confort, or spend less and be a little less confortable. I have driven both, and maintain both. I myself prefer the Explorer, I would rather go for the knowledge that its going to last. The biggest question is, How long are you planning on keeping it? and what kind of money are you prepaired to part with? I would do some research on these vehicles first and get some real world opinions on both. Go and talk to mechanics and see what they the downsides are. Go and talk to the dealer and see what the selling features are/were when new. Over all, we can't tell you what to buy, its up to you, I think you need more information on the topic first. I personally would go with the explorer...er...Mountaineer.

What would happen in this case?

EDIT - Milage isn't everything. If the car is lower milage and has been neglicted, yet the other one is higer milage but has been very well maintained, go with the better maintained one as it will last longer in the long run with less problems occuring.

Do you think that a car dealer will sell a car to someone with four cars under their name??

There are many better options in this class.are you selecting these because of lower price? You may be better off picking a higher mile import like Pathfinder or 4Runner.
