A 92 honda -dont know if it is a civic or accord yet-with 230K on it for about 1500. I have no idea what engine work has been done as far as regular maintence or any major overhauls may have been done. I know that it has a new transmission in it. I was told that needs some body work, door dinges etc and a new paint job. The guy said with the paint job, he would list 2500 and take 21 or 22. Does this sound like a good buy?
