I would type this in your search bar (troubles with 2003 Dodge Durango) I have had friends of mine ,and have read a lot of stuff about motors failing and transmission failure with very low miles..the motor problem seems to be caused by the baffle design in the oil flow chambers it will cause sludge to build up quickly ..of course dodge blames it on the owners as you will read when you see the web sites once you type that in ..if you get this truck keep your eye on your oil pressure when it drops your engine is full of sludge. also the durango it the most popular vehicle at my fire dept. we have gotten a lot of calls over the years to put them out ..they burn more than any other car or truck , maybe set by owners when the motor locks up ...who knowsYes it is. I have one and I love it. It's roomy, versatile and 4 wheel drive.
