I am a new immigrant and currently undergoing problems with my wife. I co-signed a loan in good to buy a car?

My wife did not register me on the title deed. I am currently unemployed and tommorow if she leaves me and does not pay what am I to do? Will I be responsible for paying the loan, if I am unable to pay the loan will it affect my credit score-Can I insist on being co-owner.

well, if you co-signed it mean that your wife will have to pay for the loan. If she doesnt pay the loan they'll come after you. Then you'll have to pay for it. If that happens, you could go to court and sue your wife for all the money the loan company wants from you. Also, your credit score wont be affected unless they report you.
