Debating on a Trade for my '90 300zx TwinTurbo for a 1997 Toyota Celica with a Curren front Clip?

Someone recently just offered me a trade between my 300zx with 155,000 miles but lots of upgrades for his 1997 Toyota Celica with less then 80,000 miles and a Toyota Curren front clip, also it's Right Hand Drive. Here's a link to my car and his:
