When to buy a car? at the end or middle of the month?

Question:
im planning to buy a car really soon. not sure when is the best time to actually go and get a good deal/more negotiation outta the price? at the end of the month when salespeople need their quotas met or during the middle of the month? also what else could i do or say to negotiate better or watch out for when dealing w/ the salesguy.
