Depends on the terms of purchase. Read what you signed. Does it say "as is--no warranty"? If so, that's what it means. Before anyone jumps in the "lemon law"--that only works for the original purchaser of a new vehicle, and only after you have given the dealer several opportunities to fix the problem and only if it is the same problem and/or the car is not safe to drive. Is anyone selling a horse trailor in indiana?
If on the other hand it says something like "If you're not happy, you can exchange the vehicle within 3 days" then that would prevail, not return, exchange. If it says "Your money back in 72 hours for any reason" then yes, there is a time frame of 72 hours, and yes, you can return it.
