No. If you can't handle four wheels, you can't two. The main advantage of two is high acceleration and maneuverability. A Vespa has neither. With a motorcycle you feel like the king of the road. Until bad weather sets in and you have to slow down both to see and control the bike on slick rainy roads. Then you feel like you have a target pasted on your rump. As for ice and snow forget it. I road a Harley in winter one stupid ignorant year in Rochester NY. Froze my butt. Never again. Even the keys froze in the damn bike.
