Well, if you are with a parent or guardian,all ya need is a driver's license. But if ya show up with a friend the salesman probably won't let you unless you are at lest 18 yrs old and can enter into a legal binding agreement to purchase said vehicle. Same as with a private owner as they would be hard pressed to let a minor take off in a car without adult supervision.
