How do I or can I get my truck back?
Diesel engines tend to be more robust: they last longer and are less likely to do wrong and they are more fuel efficient. Newer cars are becoming a lot more fuel efficient. It is worth shopping around and looking at the manufacturers fuel economy ratings.I am looking for a small reliable car as have 2 yr old, for about £500?
I do about 500 miles a week and have recently swapped a 5 year old Vauxhall Astra 1.7 turbo Diesel for a new Citroen C3 1.4 Diesel. The latter is a smaller car with a smaller engine, but in power terms it matches the Astra and I'm saving about £10 a week on fuel costs. Insurance is a bit lower too.
Car Tax banding! Old cars and banding?
I'm not suggesting this is the car for you, but if you have an open mind (i.e you're not a badge snob) then it is worth casting a fairly wide net.
What is the most expensive car in the world?
I have a 1.6 ford focus, I've had it since new and it's two years old. I get over 400 miles to every tank of petrol, I'm 25 with 4 years no claims, I live in central london and only pay £300 insurance fully comp. Also parts for fords are really cheap which is good as your car gets older and needs more doing to it.More Questions & Answers ...
