It's usually a scam if you read the small print the $88 payment usually is only for the first 3 months or so. I'm not sure of that website but that is from other TV advertisements.This is one area where I would take the saying "If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is." to heart.

It may be possible, but it may also be a scam to get your SS number and other valuable information. I looked at the site and there is not a single bit of identifiying information. I would skip that one.

Edit: Found out the scam. You get a car, you pay $88 down and pay $88 a month forever. You never pay on the principal...you just continue to pay interest.

You get what you pay for!! I'd be leery of going for that kind of advertisement since the most money the company would hope to gather would be less than $ 7,000 total, and obviously you're not going to get much of a car for less than$ 7,000!
