TATA MOTORS fOOLED ME BY SELLING A DEFECTIVE CAR?

Question:
I bought a new car Tata Indigo DL3CAC6064,Car is defective from day one.Now the paint is peeling off,tata admits it is repainted,and offered me to repaint the car again.I insisted for the replacement/but they refused.Shockers faulty/clutch faulty/Power steering faulty.If you pay for newone/how can you take a old/second hand defective vehicle.If you think I am correct in asking for replacement.Then please represent my case my mailing your view to support@tatamotors.com

Lets stand together to this issue as car companies do these kind of frauds daily.Don,t you think there should be some law ,to govern such mal-practices.Don,t you think the thing done to me is against the ethics of honest trade.I paid Rs.5.28 lakhs of my hard earned money and I got a repainted /defective vehicle.
