I just bought a 99Chrysler Sebing Convertible & it didnt come with a boot, do i need one to have the top down?

Yeah..just wondering..b/c it didnt come with the boot or anything..and summer is coming up..and i just didnt know if you have to have one or not..i wouldnt want it to like fly open or anything while im driving it with the top down! :)

The top will stay in it's down position without the boot. The boot is for asthetics only. But it does give it a very clean look when the top is down, so i would recommend picking one up. But until then, you should be just fine without it.
