My car was stolen and crashed. I want to sell my car as is.?

The stolen car was recovered, but the front end was crashed and the air bags were already go off when it was found. The car is still drive able. My insurance said they are not going to cover the damage. I don't have any money to fix the car, can I sell my car as is? How? I never sell a car before, what documents do I need to complete the sale? thanks.

Just make sure you write "Sold as is for parts" on the bill of sale. The bill of sale just needs to include your full legal name, the buyers full legal name, the date, the price of purchase, and that quote. THen you both sign it and you are free from liability.
