The Citreon (and other Car Manufacturers Advertising Cons!?

Other then going back to the original owner and seeing if he will refund your friend and he give the car back, there is nothing your friend can do. Most cars are sold 'as is' and that is a risk you take. Most people are decent though and I'd hope this fellow would be and would refund your friend. If not... a costly lesson well learned.

what it is the price of the vehicle italiano blaze, its capacity and mileage.?

Talk to the states attorney office. But i really believe if you bought the car from a private owner then the only thing you can do is talk them to small claims court.

i need to buy 2 tractor truck,diesel,min. 350h/p,6x4,2000 and up,max. 150,000 kms. ,and 2 log trailer,45 ton.?

Your friend didn't drive the car before buying it!!!!!!

what are good car to buy that is under 7,000?

This is why we have lawyers. In fact I bet that in VA you will find more lawyers than good mechanics or honest used car salesmen.
I would check with AAA, or consult a lawyer.
Good luck

How does vehicle leasing work?

The problem that you face here is the fact that you didn't get it in writing that there was nothing major wrong. Next time, if the seller is confident that there is nothing wrong with the vehicle that they are selling, then they will sign a contract that states that you have 24-48 hours from the time that the vehicle is paid for to the time that you would have to return if something major does go wrong. Secondly, NEVER BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM ANYONE WITHOUT GETTING A CARFAX AND AN INSPECTION BY YOUR MECHANIC. They can find things that could be wrong, even if the owner doesn't want to disclose.

Im 17 and my parents are going to buy me a car around $5000. What car should I get?

If its sold "as-is" you just have to learn from your mistakes and not do it again. Most likely, the person who sold it to you knew he was selling you junk, and will not refund anything.

Which car to buy?

Carfax reports are not the tell all and end all. Carfax is useless for a cars condition that has not been disclosed. My first car had accident damage that was concealed and many other problems and was reported to have a CLEAN title by carfax. If a accident is not reported to the insurance company, carfax won't tell you anything.

how much should i pay for 2006 acura MDX touring and how much should i pay for a 2006 jeep commander limited?

unfortunately there is nothing she can do, when it comes to things like that its as is, he lied yeah to get rid of it and make a profit, she should have given it a test drive before she bought it, small claims court won't even take it because it was bought from a private owner, all she can really do is either sell the parts or junk it, they do give you some money for that, its called buyer beware, its best that she takes it as a life lesson and is more careful for now on, sorry that this happened to her
