2007 BMW 328xi Lease Question?

I would look elsewhere. The Envoy is a 5-6 yr old design, and is not likely to get any meaningful updates as GM is focusing on the crossover/car based SUV's. Most of the competition has been redesigned or updated and have passed the Envoy by. Reliability has not been all that good and resale value is poor as depreciation will be high. It handles poorly, has a cheaply put together interior and will not get near the EPA estimates for mpg. While the engines are punchy and relatively refined, they have a lot of weight to pull around and only 4 speeds to do it with. Most automatics are 5 speed autos now.

Should I lease a new car now or wait until 2007?

You should be able to get it for $36000, but bear in mind you will immediately be upside down on any loan. It will be worth $28500 in 2008, $21000 in 2009, $17000 in 2010 and so on. I can't help but think you would not be any better off with a Jeep. Chrysler products are not better. All the above basically applies. Get a 4 Runner or a Pathfinder and drive them without problem for 100k+ miles. They are better vehicles, more reliable, and have a much better resale value.

What is the best way to sell a car?

denali are overpriced, because of the name, i would go for a jeep, more durable.
