1. The dealer documentary fee represents costs and profit to the dealer for preparing and processing documents and other services related to the sale or lease of your vehicle. These fees are not set or state mandated by state statute or rule.

I would like to know where could i find a truck to take over payment?

I don't know where you live but in California whenever a vehicle is sold you have to have it smogged unless it's 4 years new. So the dealers pay to have it smogged and charge you $40-50 extra. But if it's to new to be smogged then the DMV still has a way to get some money from you. They call it some type of non emission required test fee or something of that sort , it's about $15.00 or something. If the dealer is charging you about $70.00 for the smog fee and your car isn't 4 years old then their ripping you off. I had that happen to me and caught it. I got a couple dollars knocked of my monthly payment. All the other fees are just the fine print to rip you in the end.

Tractor tires?

They should NOT be charging for emissions testing if it's a NEW car, because they don't DO any testing. They do test USED cars, but I would refuse to pay it. Tell them that if they want you to buy it, they can forget about that extra profit.
