Any car dealers know any idea what will happen to the cars been scraped locally? Are they been exported and sell as 2nd hand cars? Which country do they usually export to?

When a car is "scraped", it's normally export to third world countries. You can't sell the car locally as 2nd hand cars, as the LTA will pay the the PARF (if any), for scraped car, and the car have to be exported or send to a scrape yark.
