How to prospect for new clients?
If you mean by simply returning it to the seller, then you have nothing. If you have signed a contract, the contract is binding and you own the car. If the seller needs to resign a contract and doesn't have it funded, then you actually have a leg to stand on. Otherwise, there is no cooling off period and you're an owner. I'm a dealer and have been in the car biz for 18 yrs. I know this isn't what you wanted to hear, but it's the truth and I'm sorry. Hope this helps and good luck! Why don't people Like KIA automobiles?
uhh... I don't think you have much of a chance of simply 'returning' the car. If you have some kind of stipulation in a legal contract that states that you have a certain time to return the car if you're not satisfied with it, then you surely can. But most used car dealers sell ''as is'', which means the minute you sign the deal, its yours and there is no refund policy. Best of luck.My car is currently in repossession, but within the next week I'm planning to file bankruptcy.?
Some states require a 3 day return policy, but if it has been longer than that, you are stuck with the car. You can sell it back to the dealer, but you will lose $1000 or more, as they have to make a profit.Unless you purchased it from Sears or Walmart then you are stuck with it.
When selling on e-bay can you cancel before the auction ends.?
There is no return policy anywhere in the USA!!!!! Unless the dealer VOLUNTARILY accepts returns, it's your car for life!!!!!!!!!!...I "bought" a car I don't want anymore. Can I "exchange"?
The only state that has a cooling off period is CA but you must PURCHASE this at the time of the signing. It costs $100-$400 for a 48 hour policy and you will be responsible for additional charges.
How do I find out the value of my truck before i go to trade it in?
MIGHT WANT TO LOOK UP WHAT A CONTRACT IS. IT WAS INVENTED BECAUSE PEOPLE KEPT GOING BACK ON THEIR WORDS... NOW PEOPLE WANT TO GO BACK ON THEIR SIGNATURES. GO FIGURE.
